I am an executive leader with 20+ years of experience operating across North America, leading large-scale, unionized and regulated organizations where credibility, execution, and trust determine performance.
My background spans operations, commercial alignment, labour relations, public affairs, and transformation, giving me an end-to-end understanding of how growth is enabled — or compromised — inside complex systems. I have led and stabilized organizations of 2,500+ people, rebuilt disengaged divisions, navigated critical incidents, and translated strategic intent into execution that holds under pressure.
My work sits at the intersection of people, systems, and decision-making — aligning sales ambition with operational reality, restoring trust across stakeholders, and creating momentum where organizations feel blocked or fragmented.
Rooted in a four-generation rail legacy, my leadership was forged on the ground, not in theory. In industries where accountability is absolute and time is unforgiving, I learned to arbitrate competing priorities, navigate institutional complexity, and lead when clarity matters more than comfort.
In parallel, I selectively support senior leaders and organizations on executive posture, strategic positioning, negotiation, and leadership under pressure, and deliver high-impact keynotes grounded in lived experience.
