Erin Forsyth is the Customer Experience Manager at Browns Shoes. She began her career with the company working in stores while completing her degree, gaining valuable frontline experience with customers and retail operations.
After moving to the head office, Erin launched and managed the company’s in-house call center, helping to build and shape the customer support function. She now leads the CX team, focusing on delivering seamless and elevated customer experiences across channels.
At Browns, Erin is a collaborative, cross-functional partner who understands the business inside and out. She uses customer insights to drive meaningful changes across the company, ensuring that initiatives and business decisions reflect the needs and perspectives of the customer. Passionate about the intersection of fashion and customer experience, she is committed to continuously improving service and strengthening relationships with Browns’ loyal customers.
