The information you provide during conference registration will be safeguarded by SyllabusX who may use it to keep you informed of relevant products and services. A list of the conference participant names/member firms will also be disseminated and posted on the conference dedicated website and/or SyllabusX website (www.Syllabusx.com). SyllabusX does not share any nonpublic personal information with any nonaffiliated third parties, except in the following circumstances: (1) disclosure to companies that provide services necessary to effect a transaction that you request or to service your account; and (2) disclosure to government agencies, courts, parties to lawsuits, or regulators in response to subpoenas. In such cases, SyllabusX will share only the information that it is required or authorized to share.
Legal Contract
The Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and all other stated rules constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SyllabusX. Your registration to attend a conference produced by SyllabusX and/or use of the website constitutes your agreement and acceptance to be bound by and comply with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and all other stated rules. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions you must immediately terminate use of the website.
SyllabusX reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and all other stated rules at its sole discretion. SyllabusX may make improvements and/or changes in the agenda(s), speaker(s), and/or the conference topics, venue, dates or program described on the website at any time. Your use of the website constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
Limitation of Liability; Indemnity
SyllabusX does not assume any responsibility for the protection and safety of the prospective delegate or guests, or for the protection of the property of prospective delegate or guests, from theft or damage or destruction by fire, accident or other cause. Any security services provided by SyllabusX shall be deemed purely gratuitous and shall in no way be construed to make SyllabusX liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by prospective delegate.
The prospective delegate shall indemnify and hold harmless SyllabusX and its employees and agents against all claims or liability of any nature whatsoever arising from the activities (or omissions) of the prospective delegate. prospective delegate further assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend SyllabusX and the ownership and management of the Event Facilities and their respective employees and agents against any claims or liabilities of either SyllabusX or the Event Facilities which are caused by or arise out of prospective delegate’s use of the Event Facilities.
SyllabusX shall not have any liability for losses (in contract, tort, warranty or otherwise) incurred in connection with any typographical errors or other inaccuracies (such as in a prospective delegate’s name, address, phone number or e-mail address) which may ultimately appear in any SyllabusX poster, slide or other Event material.
Age Limits
No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the Exhibit Halls or the Conference Sessions.
Registration Verification
Registration for SyllabusX events is by invitation only. All registrations are subject to eligibility verification by SyllabusX.
Customer Information and Use
Two primary types of information are gathered about our customers:
Financial Information is payment information used for or gathered during the registration process and includes, but is not limited to, credit card numbers, financial institutions, and expiration dates. This information is not used for any purpose other than that for which it is being provided to us, and is used only to the extent necessary for processing the transaction or to facilitate future transactions.
Professional Information includes, but is not limited to, name, address, company name, company address, phone number, fax number, and email address, as well as questions answered on survey or registration forms. Data captured during a customer’s visit to SyllabusX website, as well as during a visit with a delegate is also considered professional information and may also be stored in our customer database for our internal use. Professional information may be, upon the consent of SyllabusX, shared with other organizations or other delegates for the purpose of facilitating business relationships believed by SyllabusX help the delegate’s networking opportunities.
Intellectual Property
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the prospective delegate hereby consents to be a part of photographs, videos, streaming cast or other recordings taken at a SyllabusX Conference and authorizes the use and reproduction of such by SyllabusX or any other person authorized by SyllabusX. All such photographs, videos, streaming or other recordings, including any and all intellectual property in connection therewith, shall be the sole property of SyllabusX. To the extent such ownership rights vest in you by operation of law or otherwise, the prospective delegate hereby assigns all rights, title and interest in such intellectual property to SyllabusX. The prospective delegate hereby expressly releases SyllabusX, and its assigns, agents and employees from all privacy, defamation or other claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the use of any of the above.
Audio/Video/Photography
No audio or video recording or photography is allowed without SyllabusX express written permission.
Media and Press
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the prospective delegate hereby certifies that you are not attending the Conference as a member of the press or media, nor will the prospective delegate disseminate any of the content discussed or presented from therein via any media form (including, but not limited to, print/electronic/ newspapers/journals/blogs/ forums) without the express prior approval of Syllabusx. All attendees may be asked to present photographic identification and/or a business card upon arrival at the Conference. Failure to comply may be grounds for immediate expulsion from the event without compensation.
Refund Policy, Delegate Cancellations and Transfer
Registration cancellation requests received in writing at least thirty days (30 days) prior to the Event will qualify for a full refund less 5% administrative fee.
Should the original delegate be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge; in this case, please contact SyllabusX to update the participant registration details. Any cancellation or substitution requests should be made to info@Syllabusx.com.
This clause shall be invalid in case of a rescheduled Event.
Confirmation details/Shipping Policy
SyllabusX conferences registration is electronic only. No items will ship in hard copy via mail or postal service. After completing registration online or emailing a registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your registration details, which we recommend you retain for your own records. Delegates can receive their printed badge upon presenting a valid government-issued ID. If you do not receive an email confirming your registration details two weeks prior to the conference, please contact SyllabusX.
Conference Documentation orders will be received two weeks after the end of the conference.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Events
SyllabusX shall have the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel or change the Event date, itinerary, venue, speakers, meetings, and or bookings. This includes virtual venues. In the event of cancellation of the Event, SyllabusX shall reimburse the Delegate Event Fees paid by the Delegate unless SyllabusX reschedules the Event to a date within a reasonable period of time (i.e. within 12 months) following the originally scheduled Event date. In the event SyllabusX reschedules the Event to a date within a reasonable period of time (i.e. within 12 months) following the original Event date, any Event Fees paid by the Delegate shall be converted to a non-refundable credit towards the rescheduled Event.
SyllabusX, nor its affiliated entities, nor its employees shall be liable for travel and/or accommodation costs or consequential losses incurred by prospective delegates as a result of any such cancellation. SyllabusX recommends that prospective delegates arrange appropriate insurance cover.
Purchases from Exhibit Floor
SyllabusX strictly prohibits Exhibitors from engaging in any over-the-counter sales. As such, only orders for future delivery are permitted.
Opting Out
When you submit personal information to us through the Registration Pages on this Website, you will be given an opportunity to opt out at the time of submitting your personal information to us. Unless you opt out, you may be added to our list of users who will receive promotional and marketing communications from us and our partners and other third parties.
If you initially elect not to opt out and later decide that you would like to opt out, you may follow the opt-out procedures outlined here.

Student Registrants
Student registrants will be required to show a valid form of Student Identification in order to pick up their credentials on site.
Direct Competitor of Syllabusx
You may not access the event if you are a direct competitor of SyllabusX, except with SyllabusX prior written consent. In addition, you may not access the event for purposes of monitoring their services, performance or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. In the event that we update or modify this Privacy Policy, we will strive to post such updates or modifications on this Website for a period of thirty days following any such modifications, and the last date this Privacy Policy was updated will be indicated as the latest Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Therefore, you are advised to review this Privacy Policy occasionally, or at least every thirty days. Your continued use of this Website shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Privacy Policy.

You and SyllabusX also agree that jurisdiction shall be in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
