He is passionate about building high-performing teams, launching user-centric products (Web/Mobile/POS Apps, Digital platforms & Enterprise Apps) and solving business challenges using ‘fit-for-purpose’ tech. He’s a recognized people and thought leader and contributes actively to the Retail Tech community. Chinmay believes that experimentation & incremental improvement are precursors to innovation. He holds an MBA (2017) from UMass Amherst and enjoys running, visiting museums, and drawing caricatures with his young boys.
