Delivery Process Improvement by Mobile Shelving Solutions
The mobile shelving cart and rack system has the potential to greatly reduce delivery driver time and effort to load packages into the delivery vehicle, and maintain packages in the delivery order set in the fulfillment center. The overall efficiency can be further increased with thoughtful integration of the cart and rack into the delivery vehicle itself, and into the final steps of the warehousing picking process in the fulfillment center. It would also allow for efficient return of packages.
