Daniel is an award-winning operations leader with over nine years of experience optimizing large-scale distribution networks, leading high-performance teams, and driving measurable transformation through data, strategy, and culture. He currently leads operations within a 1M sq. ft. automated distribution facility, supporting the movement of over 26 million cases annually. His work focuses on improving fulfillment performance, safety, and cost efficiency through Lean methodologies, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization. Daniel is an MBA candidate at the Sprott School of Business, specializing in Management and Change, and is a scholarship recipient in Operations and Technology Management. He is a certified Lean Specialist with a track record of connecting frontline execution to enterprise-level strategy to drive sustained performance improvement.
