If you allow your badge, QR code, ticket, business card, contact details, or event credential to be scanned, exchanged, tapped, photographed, submitted, or otherwise shared with a sponsor, exhibitor, speaker, partner, attendee, or other event participant, you consent to SyllabusX sharing relevant contact, registration, professional, and event-interaction information with that participant. That participant may use your information to contact you or follow up with you subject to its own privacy policy and applicable law.
Certain sponsored sessions, exhibitor areas, virtual booths, downloads, matchmaking programs, hosted-buyer meetings, networking tools, or third-party managed areas may require your information to be provided to the applicable sponsor, exhibitor, or third-party provider as a condition of access or participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SyllabusX may use a Participant's name, image, likeness, voice, statements, organization name, title, and participation in event-related media for event administration, marketing, promotional, archival, educational, editorial, internal, and business purposes, as described in the SyllabusX Terms & Conditions.
SyllabusX may continue to use previously captured, created, or published event media, marketing materials, promotional materials, announcements, websites, social posts, emails, brochures, event programs, recordings, clips, photographs, videos, speaker profiles, sponsor profiles, and other materials that identify or feature Participants, unless applicable law requires a different result or SyllabusX expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

SyllabusX may consider reasonable requests in its discretion but is not required to modify, remove, or restrict event media except where required by applicable law or agreed in writing by SyllabusX.
If you participate as a speaker, panelist, moderator, master of ceremonies, chairperson, presenter, trainer, instructor, workshop leader, or similar contributor, SyllabusX may collect and use your name, image, likeness, voice, biography, title, organization name, professional experience, organization association, approved topic, session description, presentation title, public statements, photographs, video, audio, recordings, livestreams, screenshots, promotional clips, slides, handouts, papers, worksheets, templates, links, and other materials you choose to provide.
SyllabusX may use this information and these materials for event administration, event marketing, SyllabusX marketing, promotional materials, websites, press releases, social media, emails, brochures, advertisements, sponsor materials, archival materials, educational materials, internal materials, and other business purposes that benefit SyllabusX or the event, subject to the SyllabusX Terms & Conditions and any separate written speaker, moderator, MC, chairperson, release, consent, or event-specific participation agreement that applies.
SyllabusX events are generally intended for professional audiences, unless otherwise stated for a specific event. SyllabusX does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through the website or event registration forms without legally sufficient consent.
