With more than two decades of experience spanning telecommunications, consumer goods, and consulting, she is known for operational excellence, strategic clarity, and people‑first leadership. At Champro, Amy oversees end‑to‑end supply chain strategy and execution, driving integrated planning, operational discipline, and scalable processes that support the company’s growth in the team sports industry. Her leadership emphasizes data‑driven decision‑making, cross‑functional alignment, and empowering teams to deliver meaningful, measurable results. Prior to joining Champro, Amy spent 16 years at UScellular in roles across logistics, procurement, business strategy, and network supply chain operations. Her work strengthened supplier partnerships, advanced operational transformation, and championed continuous improvement and DE&I initiatives. Her contributions have been recognized with multiple industry honors, including the ASCM Supply Chain Leadership Excellence Award and the Women in Supply Chain Award.
