As Senior Director of Global Distribution, Logistics & Customer Management for Juul Labs, a leading global smoking cessation products firm, Jay utilizes nearly 40 years of real-world experience and knowledge, spanning many distribution, manufacturing and service industries, to lead change and drive improvement across Juul’s Global Supply Chain. These include such industry-leading firms as Parker-Hannifin, Univar, Toyota, Atlantic Richfield (ARCO) and Rockwell International. His expertise includes shop floor, warehouse, 3PL and inventory management, theory of constraints (TOC), synchronous flow and Toyota’s TPS, global logistics and transportation management, as well as ERP, WMS and TMS systems selection and implementations. He holds both a BBA and an MBA in operations management and HR management and is a certified Production and Inventory Control Manager (CPIM). Jay has also been an active business publication writer and speaker, having been published or quoted in 60+ business journals, as well as having spoken at the National Association of Manufacturers show in previous years.
