I lead large-scale distribution, fulfillment, transportation, and warehousing operations across North America, supporting omnichannel retail and eCommerce networks at enterprise scale. My focus is building resilient, high-performing supply chain organizations that deliver service, cost, and inventory excellence while supporting long-term growth. My experience spans network design, DC launches, WMS and automation deployments, omnichannel enablement, domestic transportation strategy, and end-of-life inventory lifecycle management. I’ve led transformations that improved OTIF performance, reduced inventory exposure, optimized store delivery models, and embedded sustainability into daily operations through electric fleets and reusable packaging. I’m known as a collaborative, execution-focused leader who partners closely with executive stakeholders across Planning, IT, Finance, and Merchandising to translate strategy into scalable operating models. I’m particularly energized by roles where logistics is a competitive advantage, not just a cost center.
