After spending 23 years in the Army working on complex problems in Iraq, Afghanistan and the Horn of Africa, Tyler took his leadership to Bath & Body Works where he has spent the last 8 years in logistics focused on bringing clarity to complexity and building successful teams for today and tomorrow. He has been a Senior Operations Manager for the last 4 years, having done a Fulfillment Center startup and now is focused on improving the domestic shipping network.
