Bill Cooper serves as Vice President of Sales at Kooner Fleet Management Solutions, bringing more than 20 years of experience delivering revenue growth, client success, and go-to-market leadership across the fleet, mobility, payments, and SaaS industries.
Bill oversees Kooner’s national sales strategy, commercial partnerships, and business development efforts. His focus is helping organizations reduce downtime, simplify maintenance operations, and increase productivity through reliable on-site and mobile services.
Before joining Kooner FMS, Bill held senior leadership roles at WEX, STARC Systems, Justt, Monite, and most recently SBD Technologies, where he scaled an AI-enabled EV charging reimbursement platform for commercial fleets. His deep understanding of fleet operations, maintenance economics, and asset lifecycle challenges helps him guide customers toward more predictable, cost-effective maintenance strategies.
