Steffen Daab is the Head of Customer Fulfilment for IKEA Canada, leading national fulfilment strategy, availability of goods and operations to deliver efficient, sustainable, and customer‑centric services.
Together with his team he empowers the many fantastic IKEA co-workers to drive continuous improvement across IKEA’s omnichannel landscape.
Before coming to Canada, Steffen worked in Germany, Belgium and the USA throughout his 18 years at IKEA.
