Aniket Ghonge is a Senior Supply Chain Manager at Amazon, where he leads new customer onboarding capacity and demand planning for the Ship with Amazon (SWA) organization across North America. He is responsible for driving automated onboarding demand, capacity, priorotization and other AI-powered planning solutions. With 8+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, project management, operations management and industrial engineering at Amazon and Walmart, Aniket specializes in last mile delivery operations, capacity planning for 50M+ daily volume networks, and logistics automation. He has managed $4B+ in capital planning and built AI-driven applications that reduced manual operations by 90%. Aniket is a PMP-certified professional and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He holds an MS in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University. He is based in San Diego, California.
