Armond Arakelian

Armond Arakelian is a senior supply chain and operations executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across the food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, and automotive industries. He currently serves as Vice President of Supply Chain at O’Neill Vintners & Distillers, where he leads end-to-end supply chain strategy, S&OP, procurement, logistics, warehousing, customer service, and operational transformation initiatives for one of the nation’s largest wineries and brandy producers. Throughout his career, Armond has led large-scale ERP implementations, supply chain integrations, Lean transformation projects, and multimillion-dollar sourcing initiatives while driving operational efficiency, cost savings, and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to joining O’Neill, he held leadership roles in the automotive industry on both the vehicle manufacturer side and the Tier 1 supplier side, managing global sourcing, supplier development, logistics, and manufacturing operations. In addition to his industry leadership, he has served as a lecturer at California State University, Fresno since 2015, teaching operations, supply chain management, logistics, and marketing courses. He holds an MBA from California State University, Fresno, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering, along with APICS CSCP and S&OP certifications.
