Justin Brown

Justin Brown is a transformative Supply Chain leader for Dollar Shave Club, with over 23 years’ experience driving process excellence. Proven to take on complex challenges and deliver exceptional results across the End-to-End Supply Chain. He is currently the Chief Supply Chain Officer for DSC, where he leads the end-to-end Supply Chain with responsibilities including Sourcing & Procurement, Planning, Fulfillment, Logistics, Manufacturing and Customer Experience. Justin is instrumental in continuing to expand DSC’s Technical Capabilities and Continuous Improvement agenda to deliver sustained improvement to overall company profitability.

Prior to Dollar Shave Club, he led the North American Supply Chain Planning Organization at SC Johnson, overseeing a business of over $4B annually, where he was responsible for delivering Forecast Accuracy, Customer Service, Inventory and Cost Optimization.

He has also held a variety of roles across Manufacturing, Logistics and Customer Supply Chain roles at Unilever. Justin graduated from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a BS in Supply Chain Management.
