Beyond corporate performance, he is deeply committed to empowering others through financial literacy and entrepreneurship. I co-founded Pay Your Family First (YOUTHpreneur) and co-created ThriveTime for Teens, initiatives that have helped thousands of young people build life skills and confidence in real-world decision making.
Earlier in his career, he co-founded Community First Financial, a mission-driven mortgage company, and served as Chief Communications Officer for the Rich Dad Company, where he led global messaging and strategic growth initiatives.
