Pei Lin is the Director of E-commerce at Jerome’s Furniture, where she leads digital customer experience, online strategy, and web/email product design. Her journey into e-commerce began with a simple question: Why isn’t online shopping as easy, fun, and humane as it should be? Since then, she’s made it her mission to create seamless, intuitive digital experiences that guide customers from first click to final checkout—while thoughtfully supporting downstream operations like fulfillment and delivery.
With a background in SaaS and a deep belief in user-centered innovation, Pei brings a thoughtful, design-driven lens to e-commerce. She works cross-functionally to ensure that every touchpoint online aligns with the expectations of real people navigating real-world decisions—even beyond the “Buy Now” button.
Outside of work, she’s a devoted tea fan, proud meme enthusiast, and firmly believes that online shopping counts as cardio—especially when tracking packages like a pro.
