Farhan Mughal is a Senior Manager in Global Supply Chain Design at McCain Foods, where he leads strategic network optimization and supply chain design initiatives across complex manufacturing and distribution environments. His work focuses on helping organizations evaluate trade-offs between cost efficiency, service performance, and resilience when designing supply networks in increasingly dynamic operating conditions.
With over 15 years of experience across industry and consulting roles, Farhan has led large-scale supply chain strategy and transformation initiatives spanning manufacturing footprint design, logistics network optimization, sourcing alignment, and operating model development. He has supported senior leadership teams in translating long-term growth priorities into practical supply chain decisions across multi-region production and distribution systems.
Some of the larger programs he has contributed to include greenfield manufacturing deployment, cross-regional distribution redesign, export network strategy, and enterprise asset management enablement initiatives delivered with organizations across consumer goods, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors. His experience includes work with global companies as well as public-sector infrastructure environments where operational reliability and long-term capacity planning are critical.
