Mindy Rector is the Vice president, Supply Chain Product Experience & Emerging Models for Kroger Technology & Digital, focusing on delivering technology to support the customer and business in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Accounting. In this role she has a large focus on ecommerce fulfillment, last mile, and end to end supply chain technology strategies.
Mindy joined the Kroger company in 2019 after nearly 20 years at Walmart where she led teams focused on information technology, realty, and store operations. During her time at Walmart, Mindy also led the company’s entry into omnichannel with their Pickup Today program and rollout of the self-service program including self-checkout and Scan & Go.
She previously served as Supply Chain advisor for the Cintrifuse Startup Incubator in the greater Cincinnati area; an Executive in Residence for the University of Auburn, advising on research initiatives related to RFID technology and the retail industry; as a board member for the Family Network in Northwest Arkansas focusing on individualized parenting education and family support.
Currently, Mindy serves as the Executive Co-Chair for NextU p for the greater Cincinnati Region, formerly Network of Executive Women, an organization that works to advance all women in business through training, mentorship, and leadership opportunities. She holds a bachelor’s in Mathematics from Pittsburg State University.
