Factors such as OEM/NHTSA recalls, stop sale, stop delivery, stop usage orders, OEM fleet allocation, production, and scheduling concerns, plant down times, pricing, incentives, parts availability/back orders, and total cost of ownership, mitigating your vehicles in your fleet has never been more important than it is today. Fleet need their vehicles and vehicle operators on the job and in service, not on the sidelines, or in the shop. Having a diversified fleet that fills all of a DSP's wants, needs, and requirements and that is in service when and where you need it, should be a top priority to every business or corporation's fleet.
