He has held senior operational roles spanning demand planning, procurement, regulatory compliance, production coordination, and last-mile fulfillment, working with both high-growth startups and established brands. Miles’ experience includes leading business operations for emerging beverage and wellness companies, managing international sourcing and logistics, and implementing ERP-driven inventory and forecasting systems to support scale. He has also worked across customer success, consulting, and operations leadership roles, giving him a uniquely practical perspective on how strategy translates into real-world execution. He is based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
