Miles’ experience includes leading business operations for emerging beverage and wellness companies, managing international sourcing and logistics, and implementing ERP-driven inventory and forecasting systems to support scale. He has also worked across customer success, consulting, and operations leadership roles, giving him a uniquely practical perspective on how strategy translates into real-world execution.
