Am currently building the future of last mile operations with DoorDash, as a part of our multi-modal autonomous delivery network strategy. For the past decade, I’ve built high‑velocity transportation and mobility networks for Amazon—through two very different business environments. In my recent stint, I led product strategy, day to day operations and financial performance for Amazon’s last mile fleet of 120K vehicles. This included modernization of the product portfolio launching and scaling Electric Delivery Vehicles across North America and Europe (now the world’s largest commercial EV fleet). Mobilizing Amazon’s autonomous vehicle investments, and building the partnership, technology stack to unlock L4 autonomy. Turned the outsourced fleet maintenance model into a tech enabled, standardized, centrally sourced operations. The industry first technology applications like predictive maintenance, on the road safety and automated inspection system drove step‑change improvements in safety, uptime, and reliability, delivering $200M+ in annual savings. Earlier, I was responsible to build Amazon’s last‑mile operations for the Eastern Hemisphere from zero, scaled with technology platforms in a scrappy, entrepreneurial environment. The logistics platforms supported 6+ business lines, including Quick commerce, Food, Market place e-commerce adding to a $30BN top line. Models invented locally would be exported globally, currently adopted by 14+ countries. Across both chapters, my leadership focus has been the same: build systems that turn innovation into an operating rhythm, leveraging technological fluency, commercial judgment, and disciplined execution. Through the journey I have consistently built leadership pipelines, aligned behind a clear vision, glued with a culture of ownership, empowerment and care.
